Event Manager for Premier
With Event Manager for Premier, your organization can monitor all transactions within the Premier system and set up e-alert notification to your staff or customers each time a designated event takes place. Whether tracking one-time occurrences or recurring events, Event Manager can send e-alerts by text message or e-mail on virtually any schedule, from once a month to every few minutes. Templates simplify the process of designating which transactions automatically trigger e-alert responses, such as when a low balance is reached or a check clears. Banking staff have the option of monitoring the same event across multiple accounts, or designing custom templates to monitor specific types of accounts or customers.
Event Manager can also be leveraged in conjunction with eCom and eCorp for Premier to create a highly effective marketing channel. For example, each qualified mortgage customer can be sent an e-mail about a special offer on a home equity loan, or you send online messages to all account holders with balances of $5,000 or more, inviting them to enroll in a VIP service package.
