Transaction Management for Premier (formerly the Transaction Management System) enables your tellers and customer service representatives to enter transfers, stop payments and other non-cash transactions accurately, quickly and easily. The application leverages the browser-based architecture of Premier bank platform from Fiserv. Authorized staff members can efficiently launch transaction templates to enter phone transfers, wire transfers, service charges, reversals and other similar transactions. And because Transaction Management templates control all the details, from transaction codes and descriptions to debits and credits, no extensive staff training is required.

Quick and Easy Transaction Entry
Transparent integration with other Premier applications enables the Transaction Management point-and-click templates for non-cash transactions to apply default transaction codes, general ledger account number and other transaction details, so any member of your staff can use this application with minimal training.
Entering a non-cash transaction is as easy as moving a cursor to a link in Premier and clicking the mouse to open a template, which automatically imports customer account numbers and other default data. Then, to enter the transaction, just key in additional information (such as a dollar amount) and select "Update."
Accurate Transaction Entry
Transaction Management saves money by preventing transaction entry errors that take time and labor to correct. Using standard templates bundled into the solution, you can create or access up to 99,999 customized templates to meet every possible need. Transaction Management imports all customer account numbers directly from Premier Inquiry to ensure that all debits and credits are applied properly, and it automatically applies the proper transaction code for each transaction.
Efficient Cash Flow
Wire transfers, stop payments and similar customer services frequently require at least two transactions: one for the service itself and another to record the service charge. Transaction Management simplifies service charging – and makes certain that service charges aren't forgotten – by combining two or more transactions and updating all involved accounts in real time.
Instant Information Access
Seamless integration with Premier ensures that transactions are memoposted to customer accounts immediately. In addition to providing instant access to account information through Premier, eCom for Premier, eCorp for Premier and other channels, these real-time updates enable your staff to generate up-to-the-minute reports. Transaction Management also makes sure that reports are accurate by applying internal debits and credits to default general ledger accounts.
Easy Installation and Administration
Transaction Management installs on the enterprise and application servers, eliminating the need to install it on individual workstations. Anyone with authorization can use the application through point-and-click links in Premier. Administrators with security authorization can perform maintenance and install updates from any networked workstation with server access.
Safety and Security
In addition to enforcing internal controls limiting the types of transactions staff members can access, Transaction Management can also reduce financial exposure by establishing dollar limits for specific transactions and staff members.
